Every Jayden Jaxx piece is made on demand — just for you. Because of this, we have a 30-day return window for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.

Eligible for Return

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Wrong item received
• Significant print quality issues

Not Eligible for Return

• Size exchanges (please check our size guide before ordering)
• Change of mind
• Items worn, washed, or damaged after receipt

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@jaydenjaxx.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• Brief description

We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
